Application Procedure
The following documents must be received before your application is processed:
- Completed North Carolina State Application form PD107 (and 107a if continuation pages are required). Please use continuation pages to list your entire job history.
- The PD107 form can be obtained in multiple formats from: http://www.osp.state.nc.us/jobs/applications.htm
- Letter of application in which the minimum qualifications are addressed to demonstrate written communication skills.
Other submissions may also be required, depending on the position for which you are applying. Please read the individual posting to confirm that you have submitted all materials required. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that the application contains all required documents.
Transcripts are required upon employment if applicable and will be requested directly from the college/university by Human Resources. All transcript expenses will be the responsibility of the employee. Employment offers are contingent on satisfactory outcome of a background check.
