SUMMARY:Rooted & Regulated: Adaptogens and Herbal Allies for Blood Sugar\, Stress & Nervous System Balance
DESCRIPTION:Rooted & Regulated: Adaptogens and Herbal Allies for Blood Sugar\, Stress & Nervous System Balance\nwith Catherine Willows \nFriday\, October 2  |  1 – 3:30pm \nRegister Here!\n  \nPlants have long supported the body’s ability to adapt\, regulate\, and restore balance. In this class\, we’ll explore how adaptogens and other plant allies can support stress resilience\, nervous system regulation\, and healthy blood sugar. Drawing on herbal traditions and a lifestyle medicine lens\, we’ll look at how the body’s systems are deeply interconnected\, and how the plant world offers gentle\, effective\, time-tested tools for supporting all of them. Expect an engaging blend of herbal science\, traditional use\, and practical takeaways — including aligned lifestyle practices — and the chance to meet some of these plants in person. \nThis program will take place outside and will follow easy trails and paved walkways. Dress for the weather and prepare to be outside for the entire program time. \nCatherine Willows is a Registered Nurse\, Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach\, and Transformational Creativity Coach\, and founder of Willows Coaching and Consulting. \nWhile holding sacred space\, she guides adults in awakening their inner creativity — moving beyond the demands of daily life into greater flow\, self-discovery\, and joy through intuitive art-making processes. \nCatherine believes creativity and our connection to the natural world are deeply interwoven  — both vital pillars of wellbeing\, supporting nervous system regulation and inner equanimity\, and together essential for living a meaningful\, embodied life aligned with purpose and authentic expression. \n●  Members: Remember to enter your promo code upon checkout to receive your 10% member discount!
