SUMMARY:Adventure Scientists Webinar
DESCRIPTION:Adventure Scientists’ Project Designer Discussion: Butternut Tree Project\nwith ForestHer NC \nTuesday\, August 25 | 12 – 1pm \nRegister Here!\n  \n\nJoin ForestHer NC for an exclusive\, interactive webinar featuring a guest project designer from Adventure Scientists! We’ll cover why butternut restoration matters\, how Adventure Scientists is leading the charge\, and what to expect at our upcoming\, hands-on Butternut Field Day at the North Carolina Arboretum with Adventure Scientists this September \nThe native butternut is facing severe threats from butternut canker. Finding healthy\, resilient trees is vital to saving the species—and we need your eyes on the ground. So\, our friends\, Adventure Scientists\, have launched new projects that place you at the forefront of community-based science to protect and restore American butternut trees. \nWhether you are a woodland owner\, a passionate naturalist\, or simply curious about forest health\, this session is designed to prep you for the September field day. \nPlease note: This does not replace official Adventure Scientist training. It is meant to be a supplemental\, educational opportunity. \nWe hope to see you there! \n\n●  Follow us on Facebook & Instagram! \n●  Join our Adult Education Student Hub on Discord! \n●  Interested in supporting the NC Arboretum more directly? Donate to the ONE Fund here. \nSee all of our classes open for registration here!
