With a strong focus on trees captured on The North Carolina Arboretum’s campus\, as well as throughout Western North Carolina’s wild mountain lands and parks\, Euston celebrates the energetic flow of trees and nature throughout the seasons. Using a photographic technique called Intentional Camera Movement\, Euston creates abstract images in-camera to emphasize the form and energy of her subjects while developing a painterly effect. Through her exhibit\, she hopes to increase an awareness for and an appreciation of this different form of photography\, as well as share with visitors how nature can come to life and take on new dimensions. DESCRIPTION:Registration is now open\nHosted by The North Carolina Arboretum in conjunction with The North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service\, the 9th annual Integrated Pest Management Symposium will be held on Thursday\, September 26\, 2019\, inside the Arboretum’s Education Center in Asheville. This event is designed to provide current information for green industry professionals\, educators and gardeners. Participants who attend the full day conference will have the opportunity to earn pesticide credits and continuing education units (CEUs) in North Carolina\, South Carolina\, Georgia and Tennessee. \nEarly bird discount ends September 6\, 2019.
