Come learn about how soil works and how to improve soil health. We will cover the basics of soil, the critical role of organic matter, how to sample soil and interpret a nutrient test, and what actions you can take to make your soil better. Drawing from research and on-farm experience, the class emphasizes practical, science-based strategies for improving soil health, reducing erosion, and building resilient farming systems.
