Winter Lights Job Fair

The North Carolina Arboretum is hiring for the 2026 Winter Lights season, and we’re inviting the community to our Job Fair on Tuesday, October 6, from 5:00–7:00 p.m., in the Arboretum Library.

We’re currently hiring for a variety of seasonal positions, including Parking Attendants, Admissions, Ticketing, Retail, and more, with pay starting at $16 per hour. Positions are part-time and seasonal, running through early January — a great fit for students, retirees, or anyone looking for extra income this holiday season.

Come prepared to interview on the spot. Candidates who are a strong fit may receive a conditional job offer the same evening. Please bring your availability, including any holiday availability, and be ready to talk with hiring managers about the role that’s the best fit for you.
