Winter Lights is excited to provide a premium trolley experience, in partnership with Biltmore Park Town Square and Gray Line Trolley Tours! Skip the lines and ride the Winter Lights Trolley!
Enjoy dinner and shopping at Biltmore Park Town Square before hopping on the Winter Lights Trolley to experience Winter Lights!
Ride the Winter Lights Trolley Friday November 28 and select Fridays and Saturdays in December. Trolleys depart from Biltmore Park Town Square every half hour, beginning at 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tickets are $50 per-person and available select dates only.

When do trolleys leave Biltmore Park Town Square?
Trolleys depart every half hour, starting at 5:30 p.m. and ending at 8:00 p.m. Trolley tickets are time and date specific.
Please arrive at the Biltmore Park Town Square trolley stop ten minutes before the departure time listed on your ticket to ensure you do not miss the trolley.
When do return trolleys leave Winter Lights?
Return trolleys leave every half hour, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Please ensure that you and your party allow enough time to make it back to the Winter Lights Trolley Stop before the 9:30 return trolley departs. If you miss the final trolley, you will be responsible for your own transportation back to Biltmore Park Town Square.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available in the Biltmore Park Town Square parking garages.
Do I need a ticket for each attendee?
Yes. The Winter Lights Trolley experience is priced per person. This trolley will be available for transportation from Biltmore Park Town Square to the event (and back) as a premium experience.
How do I purchase tickets?
Online, in advance – To purchase your Winter Lights Trolley Experience tickets, order in advance online through our website, www.ncwinterlights.com. Email winterlights@ncarboretum.org for assistance. Winter Lights Trolly tickets are limited so we recommend purchasing ahead of time.

Is Winter Lights a walk through show?
Winter Lights is a walk-through experience. The trolley provides convenient transportation from Biltmore Park Town Square to the Baker Visitor Center, where guests can get out and explore the gardens at their own pace.
Are the trolleys heated?
The Trolleys are open-air and can be enclosed during cold and rainy weather. They have ample heat for colder weather.
Are the trolleys accessible?
Yes! Each trolley is equipped to hold up to two passengers in wheelchairs.
Are strollers & walkers allowed onboard?
Strollers and walkers are allowed onboard the trolley. However, for safety reasons, they cannot block the aisle. They must be able to be folded so they can be stored onboard.
When do advance sales end?
Advance tickets are available online until 30 minutes prior to each time slot, unless they sell out first.
Can I reschedule my ticket date?
Tickets may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Please call us at (828) 412-8570 prior to the date on your ticket for assistance.
Are tickets refundable?
No. Winter Lights Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
